In the current growth situation, Matre is expanding our engineering team and looking for a Design Engineer with 4-7 years of experience or a mechanical engineer with a master’s degree to become a key player in our project delivery team and develop solutions for customer projects worldwide. This may be the right fit for you if you:
- Have experience with Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD
- Have experience with designing skids for firefighting equipment or other hydraulic equipment for the offshore industry
- Possess strong knowledge in hydraulics and ability to understand P&ID with drawing conclusions and concerns about the design
- Have high level of independency in performing design tasks
- Are eager to learn quickly
- Want to take responsibility and make a difference
- Are a team player and service-minded
Note: Recent mechanical engineering graduates with a master’s degree are also encouraged to apply.
Job responsibilities include designing firefighting system skids using Autodesk Inventor, working with other technical documentation related to projects, participating in client communication and meetings, and performing other relevant tasks to support the further development of Matre and its technical department.
